The City is undergoing the formation of a new policy and zoning plan for downtown San Dimas. A draft land use concept plan is available for public comments and input. The plan was based on community input received to date, including at virtual and in-person community workshops, through MindMixer, and via comment cards and emails, and will be further refined based upon community feedback during this critical public comment period!

Two PDF resources are available for review under the "Topic Details" tab above-

1) the draft land use concept plan and
2) a narrative description of the proposed land use concept plan
